Analysis of Core Cooling Methods:

Air cooling system: The structure is relatively simple, using a fan to force air through the engine cylinder block and cylinder head cooling fins. The advantage lies in easy maintenance and resistance to freezing, especially suitable for small units or cold environments. But the heat dissipation efficiency of high-power units is relatively limited.

Water cooling system: a mainstream choice, which circulates coolant between the engine waterway and the external radiator (heat exchanger), and is strongly dissipated by the fan. High heat dissipation efficiency, relatively low noise, and more uniform and stable engine temperature are standard features for medium and large units. Attention should be paid to the condition of the coolant and the sealing of the system.

Daily maintenance points: Ensure cooling efficiency and extend unit life

To ensure efficient operation of the cooling system and overall health of the unit, the following maintenance must be strictly carried out:

Coolant inspection: Regularly check the liquid level, concentration (anti freezing and anti boiling), and pH value, and replace them in a timely manner according to the manufacturer's requirements to prevent corrosion and scaling.

Cleaning of radiator: Keep the fins of the radiator (air-cooled/water-cooled radiator) clean inside and outside, without dust, oil stains, catkins or insect blockages, to ensure optimal heat dissipation and ventilation.

Belt tension: Check whether the belts driving the fan and water pump are moderately tight, free of aging cracks, and ensure sufficient driving force.

System sealing: Check for signs of leakage in pipelines, joints, water pumps, radiators, etc.

Filter replacement: Replace the oil filter, fuel filter, and air filter on time to reduce internal engine wear and maintain good working conditions.
